Daycare Notes
From Katie, Stephanie, and Emily

JANUARY DAYCARE DOG OF THE MONTH: Scooter Jackson
Scooter is our January Daycare Dog of the Month! He is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi with a huge fan base here at Suite Paws. Scooter loves to come to daycare and see all of his friends. He spends his time here chasing the other dogs and making sure all of the attendants give him plenty of love. Scooter is not only a wonderful playmate for other dogs but he is also a brave little pup. He was recently diagnosed with cancer in his front leg and had to have it amputated. Despite losing his leg, Scooter's mom tells us that he is happy, running around and full of life. We are so looking forward to him coming back to daycare, even if it is on only three legs!

JANUARY BOARDING DOG OF THE MONTH: Chloe Broderick
Chloe is our January Boarding Dog of the Month! She is a small poodle mix who has decided that she prefers to reside in the front office, where she is always close enough to get plenty of attention. She spends most of her time here napping in the sun on her big soft bed, only getting up for cuddles or a potty break. She loves to sit in the receptionist's laps and is constantly fawned over by the clients who walk in. Chloe is a happy little dog and everyone here think s she is the cutest pup ever. We love having her in the front office, she keeps us entertained and is always ready to give kisses!

Groomer Corner
With Rene, Tasha, and Meghan

WELCOME TASHA!
The Groom Shop would like to introduce our newest groomer, Tasha, who is a very welcome addition to the Suite Paws family. She has lots of experience and is enjoying meeting all of our great clients. Welcome Tasha!

We have been very busy in the Groom Shop for the past few months. It is our goal to make our clients gorgeous and their parents happy. We hope we are achieving that goal.

NAIL CARE
The most difficult aspect of dog grooming is always the nails. Many dogs hate getting their nails done and some even hate getting their feet touched. For dogs who are fearful of the nail clippers, we are using the nail grinder. We think this is a much better way to do nails, because it keeps us from clipping the nails too short and it leaves a smooth finish. We will always try a nail grind on our clients when we groom them. Murphy Waren is this issue's Nail Star...good dog Murphy! Murphy will have a free nail trim on his next visit!

GROOM STARS
The Groom Stars for this edition of SuiteNotes are: Miss Wendy Ricks (pictured here), Dakota Vanslyke, Bailey Pingram, Oreo Boozer, Malcom Lamont, and the "Newfies" .... George, Finnegan and Abby Nelson. Thanks to everyone for being such good, good doggies! All the "stars" will have $10 credits on their next groom.

Remember, Suite Paws offers the full array of grooming services. Be sure to check into our new Suite Suds Bathing Club. For a monthly fee, your dog can be bathed as often as needed to keep Fido clean and fluffy.
