Grand Opening Celebration On Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 11 a.m., Tom and Angie Rhoads, Laura and Chris Muntel, and Tom Rhoads, Sr. held a VIP Grand Opening celebration at Suite Paws Pet Resort & Spa. The inaugural ribbon cutting ceremony was attended by Raleigh Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Harvey Schmitt and his dog Gus.
