I was really hesitant leaving my dog for the first time overnight for boarding purposes, and stumbled upon Suite Paws through a web search. I can't speak more highly of my experience with them. My dog had a great time during her stay, and particularly enjoyed getting to swim in the pool with her new friends. I am so happy we decided to board our dog Biscuit with these great people. The staff is friendly and welcoming and very helpful. I had a small health issue with my dog when I first arrived to board him and they helped me find an emergency vet nearby to have him seen. They were more than accommodating when it came to having to administer medication for him. They took extra special care knowing that he is also an older dog, and I didn't even ask for that! My husband and I LOVE Suite Paws because of the friendly staff, their flexibility, responsiveness to emails, but even more important than that: our dog Senna really really loves coming here! Over the years, she's been to multiple doggy daycares and boarding facilities and I've never seen her this happy. She starts wagging her tail the moment she sees where we are. The staff know her by name and always give us an honest report. This is the only facility in Raleigh that doesn't make me worry about my dog when I'm gone - it's priceless.

I have never left Charli and Pepper with anyone other than family. Needless to say, I was really nervous. They stayed three nights and participated in doggie daycare all three days. I LOVED being able to watch them play on the webcam and seeing the update pics on Facebook! My pups were nervous going in, but did great and made both human and dog friends! An employee even came out from the back to give them hugs goodbye when I picked them up. Very pleased with the staff and facility. Thank you!

We boarded our first dog Lucky here, he passed a couple of years ago. We choose Suite Paws because Lucky needed senior care and they took good care of him. Our new dog has been coming for about a year. On the last day, she spent time in the extended day care and that's perfect when we need to pick her up late. We could tell by their pictures on face book Molly enjoyed playing with the other dogs. She had a huge smile and it was reported she met another beagle with whom she ran around with a lot! I board my dog here as well as take him to daycare here. They are flexible, accommodating and friendly. Jackson loves to come and practically drags me through the doors. I know he is well cared for. He is a Pit and they love all dogs. They are so good with him and best thing....he exhausts himself! I got in an accident driving back home today from NY and they easily extended his stay. He's there now and while I miss him so much....I know he's in good hands! I would definitely recommend Suite Paws! Keep up the great work!

We have a very anxious pup who has noise sensitivity and separation anxiety (but is also high energy) and suite paws doggie day care has been amazing for her!! The staff members are so attentive and always help put my pup at ease. Our dog, Minnie, literally runs through the door when we drop her off because she's so excited to see her staff and puppy friends. We love the report card that the staff member tells us each day when we pick her up as well so we know how she did. Would highly recommend Suite Paws!

I could not be more confident in the staff and facility at Suite Paws when leaving my baby Winston for the day. I could go on and on about how friendly and excited to see Winston the staff are. My favorite thing about Suite Paws is their daily photos from day care that they post to Facebook. Winston is a ton of energy, and jumps on everyone and everything when he sprints inside the door. There are honestly no words to express how thankful I am for Suite Paws! A long-time client and supporter, I would not leave my sweet guy with any other facility. He's developed strong relationships with the staff and looks forward for the day each week he can see his friends. The facility in Durham is wonderful. It's clean and ergonomic. Last August our dog Dunkin lost his owner due to cancer. Poor guy was moved into a new home and state. My wife and I saw that he was depressed. Since my wife and I just moved to Durham we figured let's try taking him to daycare so he can act like a dog (he lives with 4 cats) First couple of days were rough on him because he wanted to be the King. Fast forward till now. Every time we take him there he gets super excited to be a dog (again 4 cats) Suite paws has been awesome. Thank you for helping our little guy heal.
